We are over the moon to announce that Anna Fargher’s debut middle grade, The Umbrella Mouse, which was published in May by Macmillan, has been shortlisted for the prestigious Sainsbury’s Children’s Book Award, one of only three to be chosen in the Fiction category.

The awards, in partnership with BookTrust, aim to celebrate the best children’s books for families to share together. The awards are now in their sixth year, and the 2019 winners will be announced on 28th August.

All of the shortlisted titles will be promoted in Sainsbury’s stores across the country.
