Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine by Gail Honeyman is a No.1 bestseller in the UK again, seven months after its paperback publication.
Eleanor claimed the No.1 position in the paperback charts, outselling brand author Dan Brown, with a total volume of 15,642 copies. Overall, Gail has sold over 633,746 paperbacks and 7,238 eBooks, which brings her collated sales in eBook to over 331,000 units.
Stateside, the book sits at No.2 in the New York Times bestseller list for paperback fiction, and on the combined fiction list Eleanor ranks at No.10.
In other exciting news, Eleanor Oliphant is one of six books to be shortlisted for the Goldsboro Books Glass Bell Award. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Thursday 27th September. Other books shortlisted for the award include, The Nix by Nathan Hill, and The Heart’s Invisible Furies by John Boyne.
