Anna-Lou Weatherley’s psychological thriller, The Couple on Cedar Close was published today by Bookouture.
Gail Honeyman’s Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine continues to take the world by storm, and is currently sitting at No. 2 in the Fiction charts, and at No. 14 in the audiobook charts in the New York Times.
We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce that Teresa Driscoll’s The Friend hit No. 1 on the Kindle bestseller list this week. Teresa’s first thriller, I Am Watching You was at No. 2 in the US charts earlier this week and has sold more than half a million copies, with current sales figures exceeding 639,ooo. Her equally chilling third thriller, The Promise, will be published by Thomas & Mercer next month.
The Bookseller announced that bestselling YA and Adult author, Holly Bourne, will be headlining at the London Book Fair this year. Holly will be fronting the Author of the Day programme at the fair alongside the likes of Caryl Phillips. The London Book Fair will run from 12th to 14th March.
On the foreign rights front, French rights to Christi Daugherty’s The Echo Killing and A Beautiful Corpse have gone to Pygmalion.
And finally, the Serbian cover for Fionnuala Kearney’s epic romance, The Book of Love has been revealed and it’s absolutely stunning. The meaning of the word spomenar in Serbian means a book of love, a book of memories and feelings, or turning back to a time when they felt loved.
